Ordering FAQ
You can order your Millhouse Pottery Video
DVD's from anywhere in the world. We send them Air Mail
via The Royal Mail. This is a good service.

However, there are certain things you need to know.
Compatibility
All six DVD's are in NTSC format but are 'region free'.
This means that they will play on all NTSC format compatible
players worldwide.

If you live in the USA, Canada or Japan the DVD's will definitely
be compatible. NTSC is the format used in these countries.

The standard UK TV format is PAL (along with many other
countries) but we are told that 99.9% of TV's and DVD players
under 5-years old play NTSC. If in doubt DO CHECK BEFORE
ORDERING.
Will play on any computer that has a DVD player
Delivery time
From the time of posting, delivery takes approximately 3
working days to Europe and 5 working days to the USA and
Canada.

In the vast majority of cases, your order will be dispatched
the same day as we receive it, but please allow three clear
working days.

UK orders: Your order will be sent 1st class recorded,
signed for.

All other countries*: All non-UK orders are dispatched
via Royal Mail's 'signed for' service. Your order will
leave the UK on the first available flight with priority
handling both at home and overseas, with electronic tracking
up to point of departure from UK.

*this service may not apply to
unusual destinations. If this is you, we will email you
details of the delivery method.
