International Ordering

You can order your Millhouse Pottery Video DVD's from anywhere in the world. We send them Air Mail via The Royal Mail. This is a good service.

However, there are certain things you need to know.

Compatibility
All six DVD's are in NTSC format but are 'region free'. This means that they will play on all NTSC format compatible players worldwide.

If you live in the USA, Canada or Japan the DVD's will definitely be compatible. NTSC is the format used in these countries.

The standard UK TV format is PAL (along with many other countries) but we are told that 99.9% of TV's and DVD players under 5-years old play NTSC. If in doubt DO CHECK BEFORE ORDERING.

Delivery time
From the time of posting, delivery takes approximately 3 working days to Europe and 5 working days to the USA and Canada.

In the vast majority of cases, your order will be dispatched the same day as we receive it, but please allow three clear working days.

UK orders: Your order will be sent 1st class recorded, signed for.

All other countries*: All non-UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's 'AirSure' Express service. Your order will leave the UK on the first available flight with priority handling both at home and overseas, with electronic tracking from dispatch to delivery point.

*this service may not apply to unusual destinations. If this is you, we will email you details of the delivery method.

Carriage charges
There is no additional charge for postage and packaging.

Payment methods
The easiest and quickest way is to buy here, online. We can accept most credit cards and you can pay in either £sterling, US$ or CAD$.

If you prefer, you can send us a £sterling cheque or an international money order made out in sterling. Simply follow the normal checkout process and choose the 'offline payment' method (see below).

Offline payment method
Simply add your items to the shopping basket and you will see the total amount to pay. If you then decide to make any changes, press 'recalculate' to get the new total amount. Make out your cheque or international money order in £sterling to 'Pottery on Video' and send to: Pottery on Video, Millhouse Pottery, 1 Station Road, Harleston IP20 9ES, UK.

Remember to enclose you name and full postal address and also your email address so that I can contact you to advise you when I receive your payment. (The easiest way is to print off the 'Review' page from the checkout and enclose that with your payment.)

Language
The commentary on the DVD's is in English

Import duty/local taxes
It is possible that in some countries your order may attract import duty and/or local taxes. If so, this will be your responsibility.
