How quickly will I receive my order?
In the vast majority of cases, your order will be dispatched the same day as we receive it, but please allow three clear working days.

UK orders
Your order will be sent 1st class mail. This is a recorded service which requires a signature. Royal Mail say 'We aim to deliver all first class items the next working day'.

All other countries*
All non-UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's 'AirSure' Express service. Your order will leave the UK on the first available flight with priority handling both at home and overseas, with electronic tracking from dispatch to delivery point.
Royal Mail say '5 days following the day of posting. Our network is designed to dispatch everything from the UK the day after posting. We can't guarantee delivery times because delivery standards vary from country to country and may depend on whether an item is to be delivered to a city, a town, or an outlying district.'
